Every Child Deserves a Safe, Permanent, Nurturing Home. Yet, each year in Colorado, more than 10,000 children are victims of abuse and neglect. A CASA -- Court Appointed Special Advocate -- is a community volunteer who gets to know these children and stands up for them in court to help ensure their best interests are served. Do you want to make a difference in the life of a child? Then, contact Advocates for Children to find how you can help. There are as many ways to make a difference as there are children in need.
